Radiology Lab.

In order to get familiar with the concepts of image formation and exposure and film processing, imaging techniques and paying attention to the protection issues related to the use of radiation, familiarizing with the components of X-ray and radiology generating devices and performing radiation related to quality control and dosimetry procedures.

The equipment of the radiology laboratory briefly includes the following items”

  1. C -Arm Fluoroscopy
  2. Radiography Table
  3. Human body mannequin (with injection capability for teaching Radiographic procedures and techniques)
  4. X – ray tube samples and spare parts
  5. X ray machine control panel
  6. Moving and stationary grids
  7. Cassette and screens and …

Medical Imaging Quality Control Lab.

In this laboratory, while there are the necessary tools for measuring the quantity and quality of radiation, dosimetry and quality control instruments and tools, the students learn practically the most common Medical Imaging QC techniques and procedures.
